Each item is made or fulfilled specifically for your order, which means we begin processing it immediately to ensure fast delivery and quality assurance.

Return Policy

We want you to love your Signature K purchase!
If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund for the item cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

To start a return, please email info@bysignaturek.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed once we receive and approve your returned item.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method for the item’s purchase price only.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
